FedInsider Florida Digital Transformation Roadshow

Carahsoft and FedInsider invited attendees to a complimentary seminar to hear from state and local IT officials and corporate thought leaders. They discussed the steps agencies are taking to innovate their services, protect their customers and agencies, and what they are tackling first in Florida.

Our panel of government and industry speakers, including Okta’s Solutions Engineer, Craig Knight, discussed:

  • Transforming state and local agencies' digital programs
  • Steps Florida is taking to move to cloud services and how this will affect agencies' internal capabilities
  • Elements of cybersecurity training necessary for the development of state employees
  • Strategic goals and challenges the state is looking to address
Okta participated in Session 1 – Improving the Customer Experience. Session overview: In 2020, the Florida Digital Service was created to help state agencies use technology more effectively, move toward data-driven solutions, and improve Floridians' digital interactions with government. Our panelists discussed how FDS and other state agencies are looking to achieve these goals.
